By accessing or using the TalentVote platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use TalentVote to discover competitions, submit talents or products, vote, and participate in community features. You are responsible for the content you submit and for complying with competition rules and voting rules.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Conduct

You must not use the platform for illegal purposes, to harass others, or to manipulate voting. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you submit remains yours. By submitting, you grant TalentVote a licence to display and use it in connection with the service (e.g. competitions, leaderboards, and promotions).

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid votes and sponsor payments are processed via our payment provider. Refund and cancellation policies are as stated at the time of purchase and in the payment flow.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
